By Rafique JangdaWe think that we had a successful day at the FREE Clinic on Sunday, September 11. We saw 33 patients. It was a diverse group that included Asians, African-Americans, Hispanics and Middle Easterners.
We wrote lab tests for 9 of them and they
will return next Saturday for the review of the lab results.
Many of the patients (a majority) were FIRST
TIME patients. They had heard about our event from their social
organizations and churches.
We had 3 volunteer physicians: Drs. Azam
Kundi, Nihal Siddiqui and Imran.
We had a sufficient staff of volunteers to
run the operation smoothly.
My great appreciation for all our volunteers
and their efforts at the clinic.
